                     The United States                    N.K.K.U.- National Karate & Kung-Fu Union, was formed in 1996, with the ideal and vision, of a truly Open Olympia Style of Karate & Kung-Fu Martial Arts. 

So that anyone, regardless of their age, style, and/or system of Martial Arts, would still have the right and the opportunity to compete in a World Class Martial Arts Karate & Kung-Fu Olympia Event.

( N.M.A.L. ) National Martial Arts League,       was formed in 1998, to Sanction, Provide Open Competition Rules and By-Laws.

To Over-see Open National Events and/or Championship Tournament, by Rating the Events/Tournament.

Only if the Events / Tournaments are in the Form of an Open Martial Arts, Karate & Kung-Fu, Tournament and/or Championships Rated Events with Punches, Kicks, Blocks, Katas and Forms.

( M.A.A.D. ) Martial Artist Against Drugs, was formed in 1979, in Savannah, Ga., by it's Co-Founders Dr. Ronald Frazier, Sr. and Mrs. Sharon Frazier.

Due to some of their close freinds, who were in the Martial Arts Feild, that they later found out where involvded with, or Past Away due to their invovment with Drugs of some kind.

M.A.A.D. - Martial Artist Against Drugs, was then founded to set a profound show that Martial Arts Kids, Adult, Students, Instructors, Masters and National Champions, do not need to use DRUGS, to be our best, we prefer Jesus.

( W.O.C. ) World Olympia Council,       was formed in 1997, with the vision to create a set of Rules, by forming an Outstanding Board of Advisors.

To set-up to organize the only Open Style Karate & Kung-Fu Martial Arts Olympia Games, with the Competitors Consititutional By-Laws and Rules.

Along-with, Event By-Laws and Offical Arbitrators, Certified Black Belt Judge Training, for N.K.K.U. Olympia Games, and the N.M.A.L. & M.A.C. Martial Arts Tournaments and / or Events.

And to host its W.O.C. Open Martial Arts Kickboxing Championships

                                   ( M.A.C. ) Martial Arts Coalition,  was formed in 2003, to be the first to start, a Three States National Competiton  League, Events to set up a Tri-State   National Champioship.

To make it the first, Tri-State Martial Arts, Open National Karate & Kung-Fu Event, with a Board Rated Membership.

With Open Tri-State Championships, in Three States on the East Coast, in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

( F.E.I. ) Frazier Enterprise, Inc., was later formed in 2003, from the Martial Arts  School named Frazier's Karate Dojo, in 1976.

Dr. Ronald Frazier, Sr., - "Shidoshi" 10th Dan / Degree Grandmaster Black Belt as of the Year 2010 and Mrs. Sharon Frazier - "Kyoshi" 8th Dan/Degree Master Black Belt, as of the Year 2018 are the Co-Founders and owners of Frazier Enterprise Inc., renamed the school to South Ga. Olympic Karate Academy, Inc.

The Co-Founders and Owners of the South Ga. Olympic Karate Academy, Inc., is the place where the Georgia Headquarters, of each of these Organizations are located.
