I'm on a mission

can you see into my vision

that’s amazing to me

but how can that be

for you to see

and understand the inside of me

as impossible as that may be

because I   -   I mean you

left nothing to see

some call me a christian

boo hoo he he

some looked for love

are you kidding in me

I'm on a mission

can you see into my vision

in this mirror what do you see

a vision of you or a vision of me

some looked for kindness

what in me

some said I kill their dreams

oh really oh gee

with only a word

so not true

and so obscured

wait did you just judge me

and I not you

I'm on a mission

can you see into my vision

in this mirror

what do you see

oh I know a vision of me

so in your mind

now I'm mean

and that's your thoughts

to me it seems

and you had the nerve

to call me mean

and your a real christian

a real christian so true

yet you judged me

and I not you

can you change your ways

or was that not you

 who just judged me

and I not you

is there something

you want me to see

is this to do

with something about you

as the image in the mirror 

can you see into my vision

because I'm on a mission

a mission thats true

I want you to change

my vision of you

can you see into my vision

it's all about you

A True Friend

a true friend indeed

is a person

that will be there

when in need

of a listening ear

for what you need to say

not what you want them to hear

a true friend indeed

will be on your side

when your right

and sometimes witty

not when your  foolish

and full of pity

A True Friend

a true friend indeed

will stop you when your anger

puts bout of you

in more danger

than you need

A True Friend

a true friend indeed

will be there

when your down

a true friend will say

get off the ground

A True Friend

a true friend indeed

will not ride or die

for or with you 

but wants you to succeed

A True Friend

will not only give

a true friend

will tell you to live

now that's a true friend
